Abubaker Khalifa is a Canadian -physician entrepreneur. He is an ICU physician and assistant clinical professor (adjunct) at McMaster University. After completing a fellowship in Biodesign in Stanford he led a venture-backed medical device incubator in Irvine focused in cardiovascular health. Now, he is the co-founder and chief operating officer of Moonrise Medical, where they are developing a fully automated ultrasound-based perfusion guidance platform in peripheral vascular disease.
