Alaine Grand is the Vice President, Market Access & Strategic Customers. Alaine and her team lead the development of strategies to effectively navigate Canada’s drug reimbursement and health policy environment to obtain reimbursement for J&J’s innovative medications for Canadian patients. Alaine has over 20 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. She initially began her career in the legal function and later transitioned into a business leadership role.
